Study Abroad

“The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page” – Saint Augustine

The College of Coastal Georgia provides study abroad opportunities to students every year through semester and summer programs. Increasing cross-cultural competence and experience is an integral part of the Mariner experience. Broaden your thinking, strengthen your cultural awareness, and become a more informed global citizen through education abroad!

Visiting the eigthteenth-century fortress of Terezin in the Czech Republic, exploring Greece's past, present and future through field trips to Delphi, Olympia, and Athens, or traveling to Manuel Antonio and Monteverde, two of the most scenic & wildlife-rich locations in Costa Rica — study abroad is so much more than just taking classes in another country; it is a great way to deepen your understanding of new places, people, and different cultures.
