Employer Survey. This survey is a common, statewide survey conducted annually of the Georgia public school principals who employed the inductee program completers. The survey assesses the degree of satisfaction expressed by the principals of these teachers, identifying qualities that employers seek when hiring and assessing the teachers’ knowledge, skills, and dispositions for teaching.

- One-year employment rate in a Georgia Public School: 82.4%
- Number employed in the Southeast Region of Georgia: 97
Surveys utilized a Likert scale: 4 = Strongly agree, 3 = Agree, 2 = Disagree, 1 = Strongly disagree
