Lakeside Village and Mariner Village provide the traditional college living experience for primarily our incoming freshmen. Located on campus, Lakeside Village and Mariner Village are your home away from home during your first year at CCGA.

Coastal Place Apartments, our newly acquired residence hall, offers a unique living experience as our off-campus residential apartments. Located only a 10 minute drive from main campus, Coastal Place Apartments is the housing option for our non-freshmen students. Coastal Place Apartments have kitchenettes and a full living and dining room areas. Get directions to the Coastal Place Apartments.
